I am back today with another incredible recipe that our family loves! This beef bulgogi with noodles recipe is packed with flavor and makes the perfect meal on busy weeknights when you just want to get dinner on the table. It’s kid-approved and even the pickiest eaters will absolutely love it. You are welcome to serve this recipe over rice or quinoa if you’d prefer, but we prefer to serve it over noodles. You can substitute your favorite pasta, but I’ve found that fettuccini works perfectly. Let’s get into it!
What you’ll need to make this beef bulgogi with noodles recipe:
- Ground Beef
- Fettuccini Pasta
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Siracha Sauce
- Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds

To prepare this beef bulgogi with noodles recipe, start by combining all of the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix well. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the box and set aside.
Next, brown the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat. When the ground beef is brown, add half of the sauce mixture and reduce the heat to medium. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Toss the cooked noodles with the remaining sauce. Serve the beef bulgogi over the noodles and top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Add this beef bulgogi with noodles recipe to your weekly rotation for a simple meal that the whole family will love!
