Cheesy Garlic Bombs

It’s a new day which means I am back with a new bread recipe. These cheesy garlic bombs are SO bomb. LOL! My sons absolutely loved these and they fit perfectly as a side dish for my homemade spaghetti and meatballs. These are so simple to make and only require a few ingredients.

Add the warm water to a bowl along with the yeast, salt and sugar. Mix well and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to give the yeast time to work its magic. It should look bubbly and beautiful.

Add the olive oil and flour and mix well.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until the dough comes together in a sticky ball.

Add the dough to a bowl and cover with a dish towel and allow the dough to rise for two hours.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and divide the dough into 8 pieces.

Roll each piece out into a small circle. Add in one piece of cheese and form into a ball. Repeat.

Grease a baking sheet and place each of the balls onto the baking sheet.

Melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Brush each ball with the melted butter mixture and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
