If there is one thing that I lose self-control over, it’s chips and salsa. I’m back today to share my FAVORITE salsa recipe and I cannot wait for you to try it. For this recipe, I use a food processor to blend the ingredients, but it is not required.
Start out by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the tomatoes in half and dice the onion.Ā
Place the tomatoes, onion, green chiles and garlic on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: if you are using canned green chiles, you do not need to roast them.Ā

Peel and de-seed the green chiles then place all of the ingredients into the food processor and blend well.

Allow the salsa to cool and serve. Be sure to share this salsa recipe with your friends!

Pin this recipe for later and be sure to follow me on social media so that you never miss a recipe!Ā
