I’m back today with another fun recipe for you to try, and your kids are going to love these! Today we’re making simple and delicious Pancake bites. My sons absolutely love them and constantly ask me to make more! They’re super easy to customize, so feel free to add your favorite toppings.

For this recipe, you’ll need a mini muffin pan.Ā 

To make the Pancake Bites:

Start out by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Pull out your mini muffin pan and a mixing bowl and grab the necessary ingredients. These Pancake bites come together in a flash, almost as quickly as they’ll be eaten!

Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Then add the milk, vegetable oil, egg and almond extract and combine.

Grease a muffin tin then fill will the batter. Add optional toppings to your desire.

Bake theĀ bites at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup, honey or chocolate syrup and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

For Pancake Mix
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Extract optional
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
For the Toppings
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles
