I’m back today with a brand new, incredibly easy recipe that the whole family will love. These Strawberry Oat Bars are soft, flavorful, and layered with a golden oatmeal crust that tastes like summer in every bite. These oat bars are perfect for a quick snack, a healthy breakfast or a simple dessert that will please a crowd!

Ingredients You’ll Need:
These strawberry oatmeal bars use simple baking staples you likely already have in your pantry.
- Oats
- Brown Sugar
- Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- Butter
- Flour
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Lemon Juice
- Vanilla

To Make these Strawberry Oat Bars:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line the bottom of an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. To prepare the crust, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and honey to a large bowl and mix well. Set aside about 1/3 of the mixture for the topping. Add the oat mixture to the prepared pan and press down evenly to create the crust.

To a separate bowl, add the sliced strawberries, brown sugar, lemon juice, flour and vanilla and stir to combine. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the oat crust and sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top.

Bake the strawberry oat bars at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow the bars to cool before slicing and serving.

- Add white chocolate chips
- Add lemon zest
- Use mixed berries
- Make them gluten-free

Strawberry Oat Bars
Ingredients
For the Oat Crust:
- 1 1/2 Cups Oats
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 7 TBSP Butter melted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- 3 Cups Strawberries sliced
- 1 TBSP Flour
