Mickey-Shaped Peppermint Patties

There’s something truly special about discovering a sweet treat at Walt Disney World! On my most recent trip, I stumbled upon the most adorable Mickey-shaped peppermint patties, and I instantly knew I had to recreate them at home.

In a large bowl, combine the peppermint extract, corn syrup and butter. Add in the powdered sugar and mix well.
