Sheet Pan Nachos

Sometimes you just need an easy weeknight meal. Tonight was definitely one of those nights for me… and to be honest I just love how easy these sheet pan nachos are to make. They’re so simple and fun to personalize. I have a teenager who doesn’t like cheese, and I don’t eat meat, so these nachos are a perfect compromise. Everyone picks their toppings, and then off they go into the oven for a quick bake. This is a very quick and easy meal which makes it perfect for weeknights, a quick lunch or just a typical Tuesday.

To make the Sheet Pan Nachos:

Start by preheating the oven to 350℉. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and add a layer of tortilla chips. Top the tortilla chips with cheese, bell peppers, red onions, black beans and meat of choice.

Top with another layer of cheese, then bake at 350℉ for 10-12 minutes.

Serve the sheet pan nachos with optional toppings including sour cream, queso, salsa, hot sauce, avocado and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Red bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Can Black or Pinto Beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Chicken
  • Cilantro for serving
  • Avocado for serving
  • Hot Sauce for serving
  • Sour Cream for serving
  • Queso for serving
  • Salsa for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and add a layer of tortilla chips.
