Sometimes you just need an easy weeknight meal. Tonight was definitely one of those nights for me… and to be honest I just love how easy these sheet pan nachos are to make. They’re so simple and fun to personalize. I have a teenager who doesn’t like cheese, and I don’t eat meat, so these nachos are a perfect compromise. Everyone picks their toppings, and then off they go into the oven for a quick bake. This is a very quick and easy meal which makes it perfect for weeknights, a quick lunch or just a typical Tuesday.
Some toppings that we love are:
- Bell Peppers
- Red Onion
- Tomatoes
- Jalapenos
- Black Beans
- Pinto Beans
- Ground Beef
- Diced Chicken
- Avocado
- Green Onions
- Cilantro
- Homemade Queso
- Salsa
To make the Sheet Pan Nachos:
Start by preheating the oven to 350℉. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and add a layer of tortilla chips. Top the tortilla chips with cheese, bell peppers, red onions, black beans and meat of choice.

Top with another layer of cheese, then bake at 350℉ for 10-12 minutes.

Serve the sheet pan nachos with optional toppings including sour cream, queso, salsa, hot sauce, avocado and cilantro.
