Air Fryer Arancini

Air Fryer Arancini

These air fryer arancini are the absolute perfect appetizer for any occasion. They are crispy on the outside and soft and flavor-packed on the inside. I made these for the super bowl this year and they were a huge hit! I used leftover Instant Pot Risotto, and it was perfect for this recipe. Making the arancini in the air fryer is a healthier alternative to frying, and it works just as well!

For this air fryer arancini recipe, you’ll need:

To make the arancini, use an ice cream scoop and your hands to roll the risotto into 2-3 inch balls to form the arancini and place the arancini onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

To one bowl, add the eggs and beat well. Then, add the breadcrumbs and seasonings to a second bowl and mix well. Dip the arancini in the eggs, then into the breadcrumbs and toss to coat.

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees and spray with a non-stick cooking spray before adding the arancini.

Air fry the arancini for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the air fryer arancini with a marinara sauce and enjoy!
