If you’re like me, you’re always trying to find simple and healthy snacks for your kids. Keeping teenagers full has proven to be a difficult task and I am constantly making new healthy and simple snacks for them. Well, I’ve found something they keep begging for and it is SO easy to make. This yogurt bark recipe requires only a few ingredients and is always a winner in our house. To throw this recipe together, you’ll need Greek yogurt- feel free to switch up the flavors, but we love vanilla. You’ll also need sliced berries. We love sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. To top it off, you’ll add a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of granola to make the perfect frozen treat. You can also add protein powder to the yogurt for an extra boost of protein.

Start out by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, spread the vanilla Greek yogurt out onto the parchment paper.

Add mixed berries such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Then, top with granola and honey then place the baking sheet into the freezer for 2-3 hours.

When the yogurt bark is frozen, carefully break it up into chunks. Store the yogurt bark in the freezer in a Ziploc bag.

You may need to make a double batch of this yogurt bark, because it doesn’t last long around hungry kids!
