Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the vanilla Greek yogurt out onto the parchment paper.
- Add mixed berries such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
- Top with granola and honey then place the baking sheet into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- When the yogurt bark is frozen, carefully break it up into chunks.
- Store the yogurt bark in the freezer in a Ziploc bag.
