
As Lumière says, “Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious!” And this magical dessert is just that, a delightful treat that brings a taste of the enchanted castle right to your table. If you’ve ever watched the movie Beauty and the Beast and wondered what the grey stuff tastes like, you can find out for yourself! f you’ve visited the Disney Parks, you know that they have “The Grey stuff” on their menus, and today, I’m bringing you my version. The first step in creating this delicious dessert is to pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies, using a food processor, until small crumbs form. Alternatively, you can place the cookies into a large Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.
In a large bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix and mix until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for one hour or until thickened.

Combine the pudding and the crushed cookies before adding the whipped cream. Mix well.

Place the mixture into the refrigerator for another hour or until ready to serve.
Pipe the “grey stuff” mixture onto the sugar cookies. Top with edible sugar pearls and more cookie crumbs before serving.
