Ingredients
- 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix 3.4 ounce
- 16 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 8 oz Whipped Cream
- 1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
- 12 Sugar Cookies
- Edible Pearls
Instructions
- Pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies, using a food processor, until small crumbs form. Alternatively, you can place the cookies into a large Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix and mix until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for one hour or until thickened.
- Combine the pudding and the crushed cookies before adding the whipped cream. Mix well.
- Place the mixture into the refrigerator for another hour or until ready to serve.
- Pipe the "grey stuff" mixture onto the sugar cookies. Top with edible sugar pearls and more cookie crumbs before serving.
