
I’m back today with an all new simple and delicious dessert recipe. This Chinese Donut recipe is popular in Chinese culture and I’m really excited to share it with you! These donuts come together really quickly and only require a few ingredients.
To start, Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder then combine.

Add the cubed butter and mix well before adding the milk. Mix well.
Roll the dough out to about an inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter or mason jar lid, cut out the donuts.


Heat the oil to 325 degrees and fry each donut for 2 minutes per side.

When done frying, immediately toss the donuts in sugar.

Serve the Chinese donuts immediately for best results.
