Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Today I’m bringing you one of my son’s favorite meals! This beef bulgogi recipe is so simple and makes the perfect weeknight meal. This recipe only requires a few ingredients, so let’s get into it!

For this recipe, you’ll need:Ā 

-Ground Beef

-Garlic

-Ginger

-Soy Sauce

-Brown Sugar

-Sesame Oil

-Ginger

-Siracha

-Green Onions

-Sesame Seeds

To begin, combine all of the ingredients except for the ground beef into a bowl and mix well.

Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat.

When the ground beef is brown, add the sauce mixture and reduce the heat to medium. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Serve over rice or quinoa and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1/2 tsp Siracha
  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • Green Onions sliced; for topping
  • Sesame Seeds for topping

Method
