Very Berry Lemonade

 

I’m back today with a simple and refreshing very berry lemonade recipe with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. This recipe is SO simple to make and perfect for the summer.

To start, add the sugar and water to a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the berries and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to a simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Very Berry Lemonade

Strain the mixture, leaving only the berry simple syrup behind.

To prepare the lemonade, add the simple syrup, lemon juice, sparkling water or sprite and water to a large pitcher and mix well.

Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator and then when you are ready to serve it, pour the very berry lemonade over ice and garnish with fresh berries.

Ingredients
  

For the Berry Syrup:
  • 1 Cup Mixed Berries raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries; fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
For the Lemonade:
  • 6 Lemons juiced
  • 5 Cups Water
  • Ice
  • Berries for garnish

  • 1 Large Pitcher

Method
