Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

This Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet recipe takes my FAVORITE chocolate chip cookie recipe and turns it into a cake. I don’t know about you, but desserts taste better when you cook them in a fun pan. For this recipe, you’ll need an 8-inch cast iron skillet. You can find the one I recommend here.

This recipe comes together really easily and is absolutely delicious!

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.

While the oven is preheating, cream the butter and sugars together then add the eggs and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

Allow the dough to chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Pour the dough into the cast iron skillet and press down until it’s level and even.

Bake the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
