Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls

I am always trying to find ways to sneak extra protein into my diet (and also my teenager’s). I am not a huge fan of protein shakes, but I absolutely LOVE protein balls, and these strawberry cheesecake protein balls are my favorite! They are so simple to make, and I have been adding them into the weekly rotation. For this recipe, you’ll need oats, peanut butter, honey, strawberry protein powder, chopped fresh strawberries and white chocolate chips.

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls

Start by adding all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mixing them well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to chill before serving.
