These Air Fryer Pasta Chips are simple, addicting and a perfect addition to any movie night, or in our case- a Stranger Things binge session. I asked my sons what kinds of snacks they wanted to pair with the newest season of Stranger Things, and these pasta chips were at the top of the list. They are so crunchy and flavorful, they will definitely send you into the upside down! Grab your Air Fryer and let’s get into it.
Start out by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the box. We like to use bowtie pasta for these pasta chips, but you can use any pasta you’d like! When the pasta is done cooking, drain the water and then run the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, seasonings and grated parmesan cheese.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 degrees and spray the Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.Ā

Cook the pasta chips in batches at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, tossing every 3-4 minutes.

Top the Air Fryer pasta chips with more parmesan cheese and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

You may want to make a double batch, because these Air Fryer pasta chips are super addicting!
