
A fun and delicious vegetable alphabet soup recipe that the whole family will love. This recipe comes together in 20 minutes! This recipe is packed with flavor and vegetables that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. I paired this recipe along with a few others with this week’s installment of Magical Meals and a Movie Featuring A Goofy Movie.
Add the onion, celery and carrots to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes before adding the garlic. Continue to sauté for another minute or until the garlic is fragrant.
Start out by pre-heating a large pot or Dutch oven to medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the remaining ingredients except for the alphabet pasta to the pot and bring to a boil.
When the soup is boiling, add the alphabet pasta to the pot and cook until the pasta and vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.

Top the alphabet soup with parmesan cheese and serve.
