Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

To go along with the best vanilla cupcake recipe, I’m super excited to share this simple and delicious cream cheese buttercream frosting. With just four ingredients, it is SUPER easy to make and is sure to be the center of your next family dessert. Here’s what you’ll need:Ā 

-Butter

-Sugar

-Cream Cheese

-Vanilla

Start out by mixing together the butter, cream cheese and vanilla.

Add the sugar 1 cup at a time and mix well. Add more sugar as needed.

Chill the frosting in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using.

Pipe or spread the cream cheese buttercream frosting on your favorite cake or cupcakes!

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Method
 

  1. Mix the butter, cream cheese and vanilla together.

  3. Chill the frosting in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using.
