The Perfect Chicken Tenders Recipe

Chicken Tenders

I’m back today with one of my most popular recipes. Everyone always asks, “How do you make crispy chicken tenders that actually taste good?” And I’m here today to answer that question. These chicken tenders rival your favorite restaurants version, and they come together quickly right in the comfort of your own kitchen. Grab your favorite seasonings or use mine and let’s get into it!

Start out by dividing the seasonings in two and place into two separate bowls. I like to use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper, but feel free to mix it up!

To one bowl of seasonings, add the heavy cream and pickle juice and mix well. Add the chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least an hour.

To the other bowl of seasonings, add the flour and cornstarch and mix well.

When the hour is up, move the chicken from the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and toss to coat.

When you’re ready to cook the chicken, preheat a large pot of oil to 350 degrees.

Fry each chicken tender at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until light brown and cooked through.
