Longevity Noodles

Longevity Noodles

It’s a new week, which means I’m back with a brand-new recipe. This time, for Longevity Noodles. These were one of the main course dishes in our Mulan Movie Night and they were SO good. If you’re new here, every week I pick a new movie to pair with some delicious recipes. This week, the theme was the movie Mulan, so these longevity noodles were the perfect pair.

Start out by combining the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on package and drain.

While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pan over medium heat and add your oil of choice to the pan to heat up.

Add in the cabbage, carrots and green onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.

When the pasta has finished cooking, add the cooked vegetables to the pasta along with the sauce and mix well.

Top the longevity noodles with more green onions and sesame seeds and serve.

Pin this recipe for later and be sure to follow me on social media so that you never miss a recipe
