Strawberry and Spinach Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 4 Cups Spinach or Spinach and Arugula Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Feta
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1 Cup Strawberries sliced

For the Salad Dressing:

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the salad dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  • Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the top of the salad. Mix to combine.
  • Serve this salad as a side dish to your favorite main course.
