Mix the flour, salt and baking powder together.
Melt the butter, then add butter and water to flour mixture and combine well.
Continue to mix until a ball forms.
Divide the dough into 8 sections.
Roll each section out using a rolling pin. They don't have to be perfect circles, but should be fairly thin.
Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side. You will know that it's time to flip the tortilla when you see bubbles begin to form. When finished, place the tortillas on a plate and cover with a dish towel.
Enjoy immediately or Store in a plastic bag for up to a week.
