1/2CupOrange Juice
1/4CupLime Juice
2CupsBeef or Chicken Broth

Instructions
Season the chuck roast with half of the seasonings.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Sear the chuck roast for 2-3 minutes per side.
Add the orange juice, lime juice, broth and remaining seasonings, to the crock pot and mix well, then add the chuck roast.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
Remove the roast and shred it with a fork before adding it back to the crock pot.
Assemble the tacos with corn tortillas and your favorite toppings. Pro tip: you can use the remaining liquid from the crock pot to dip the tacos in.
