Method
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add in the flour and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the milk, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and hot sauce. Mix well and allow the mixture to come to a low boil.
- Reduce the heat to low-medium and add in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked pasta and combine.
