White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 16oz Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 8 oz White Cheddar Shredded
  • 2 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add in the flour and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in the milk, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and hot sauce. Mix well and allow the mixture to come to a low boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low-medium and add in the shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked pasta and combine.
