Method
To prepare the Crust:
- Add the graham crackers to a food processor or a ziploc bag and crush into crumbs.
- Melt the butter and combine with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into a greased pie dish. Spread evenly into the pan, pressing down with a spoon or small glass.
- Place the pie dish into the freezer while you prepare the cream cheese layer.
To prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream into a large bowl and mix using a hand mixer.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie dish and spread evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Place the pie dish into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes while you prepare the next layer.
To prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- In a large saucepan, add the heavy cream, chocolate chips and pudding mix and heat over medium. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and the mixture has thickened.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the pie dish, spreading evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the pie dish into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes while you prepare the next layer.
To prepare the Whipped Cream Layer:
- Spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer, spreading it evenly. Top with chocolate chips or chocolate shreds.
- Place the pie into the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve.
