Pineapple Fried Rice

The easiest way to make pineapple fried rice from scratch. This recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Cup Peas and Carrots frozen
  • 1 Cup Pineapple diced
  • 2 Eggs scrambled
  • 1/4 Cup Green onions sliced
  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Sesame Seeds for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil, bell pepper, frozen peas and carrots, onions and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper, eggs, pineapple and the cooked rice. Mix well.
  3. Top with more green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
