Nilla Wafer "Oyster" Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Nilla Wafer Cookies
  • 1 Batch Homemade Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting
  • Candy Pearls for decorating

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese buttercream frosting according to the recipe or use your favorite store-bought frosting. To the frosting, add food coloring of your preferred color.
  2. To one nilla wafer, spread frosting across the cookie and then add another nilla wafer cookie on top to make a sandwich.
  3. Roll each cookie in the candy pearls.
  4. Enjoy!
