Method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a pan with the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.
- When the pasta has finished cooking, drain the water and return the pasta to the pot.
- Add the melted butter and garlic along with the parmesan cheese and basil. Stir to combine.
- Serve the pasta topped with more basil and parmesan cheese.
