Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage or Ground Pork
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Onion diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Form into small-medium sized balls and place onto a greased baking sheet. This recipe should make about 20 meatballs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Add the meatballs to a pot of your favorite pasta sauce and allow them to finish cooking. I like to let them sit in the sauce for 1-2 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite pasta or on a hoagie roll as a sandwich.
