- 1 lb Italian Sausage or Ground Pork
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Onion diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Form into small-medium sized balls and place onto a greased baking sheet. This recipe should make about 20 meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Add the meatballs to a pot of your favorite pasta sauce and allow them to finish cooking. I like to let them sit in the sauce for 1-2 hours.
Serve with your favorite pasta or on a hoagie roll as a sandwich.
