Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Dried Pasta macaroni or shells
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 4 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large saucepan.
  3. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the milk, hot sauce and seasonings and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add in the cheese one cup at a time, stirring constantly.
  6. When the pasta has finished cooking, drain the water and pour the cheese sauce over the cooked pasta.
  7. Serve as the main course or as the side dish to your favorite meal.
