Combine the flour, salt, yeast, warm water and olive oil in a large bowl. Knead for 5-10 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and allow it to rise for 2 hours.
Grease a baking dish and carefully stretch the dough to fit the dish.
Use your fingers to create the iconic dimples in the dough then cover the dish with a towel and allow the dough to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Drizzle the top of the dough with olive oil then sprinkle the rosemary and more salt on top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
