Method
- To a saucepan, add the butter and allow it to melt over medium heat.
- Add the flour and mix to create a roux.
- Slowly add in the milk, mixing constantly. Then add the beer, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well and allow the mixture to come to a low boil.
- Slowly add in the cheese, mixing constantly and allow the sauce to thicken over low-medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve with homemade pretzels and enjoy!
